We're honoured to host this party headlined by an absolute legend of electronic music at Lost Horizon post Forwards/Aphex, Sat 2nd Sept.
Whether it's under his real name or as Amen Andrews, Kerrier District, Wagon Christ, Plug etc, he's been a proper fixture for us since we first heard John Peel play him some 23 years ago. A real legend of British electronic music who's released tracks on Warp, Planet Mu, Hypercolour, Mo Wax, Lo Recordings and his own 'I love Acid,' he's a prolific and important UK producer, most people will have (knowingly or not) enjoyed, raved to and and appreciated Luke Vibert's music over the years.
To complete this Bubble we also have for you:
Client_03 - The mysterious Electro producer from another realm. Undergound cult figure and one of the most consistently on point producers of original Detroit electro style music of recent times.
Bex: On the cusp of her debut full-legth album - Bexis a Bristol based producer, and DJ who's been making waves with her ambient and ethereal tinged rave tracks and unique DJ sets.
Nathan Wom: Bubble resident and Worm Disco Club founder bringing his choice of electronic bangers and dancefloor juice.
Doors are 10pm - last entry 12.30am! - any space left on the door will be given over to those waiting outside at 12.30!
We're gonna rave into the night with electro, acid, jungle & broken dancefloor sounds from across the 120-170 bpm bass & electronic spectrum.
'Bubble' has previously hosted guests: Shy One, RP BOO, Nikki Nair, Red Rack'em, Softi, Ben Hauke, Aysha (NYC), George Riley, Errol & Alex Rita (Touching Bass) & Amy Kisnorbo - as a night we straddle the line between genres: bass, groove & electronic sounds from across UK/ US rave & club cultures..simply put: sounds to bust shapes to!
