Cellar Door & Hypothetics present ‘Passing Place’
An evening of live music, audio-visual art, and exhibition work, expanding on the release of Hypothetics’ debut album The Crossing.

HYPOTHETICS
Hypothetics deliver a uniquely experimental neo-folk sound, blending hazy vocal harmonies with cascading percussion and tortured electronics. Recorded on the Isle of Lewis, surrounded by mist and snow, The Crossing draws deeply from the rugged landscape and the recurring themes of traditional folk songs.
This performance will feature the full album live.

REGINA COLLAGE
Experimental Bristol-based duo, creating noisy and minimalistic synth music influenced by Krautrock and Casio-tone sounds. Their music features a tired avant-pop style with heavily reverbed vocals.

VAN ZON
Brighton’s folk-tinged experimental post-rock five-piece bring their “ethereal timbres” to Bristol in celebration of their debut EP All Things, All One, Aglow.

FLAG FEN
The Flag Fen Project is a live/electronic group based in Bristol. Their sound fuses punk, folk, and psychedelic rock with contemporary club influences.
Rooted in the eerie landscapes of the English Fens, their work explores folklore, archaeology, rave culture, and resistance.
