Bass 12 + Ellie Moonshine and the Prohibition Band at Mr Wolfs
See event details

A gig held at Mr Wolfs on Friday 15th July. The event starts at 21:00.

Bass12 are a New Orleans style, riot jazz brass covers band from Cardiff, bringing huge horns, dangerous drums and sumptuous sousaphone to the stage. Working on the principle that music should be danced to, their high energy brass and percussion is influenced by the likes of Hot 8 Brass band and Rebirth Brass Band. Expect to hear music from Mardi Gras street carnivals and some well known tunes like you've never heard before!

Support from: Ellie Moonshine and the Prohibition Band
Ellie Moonshine and the Prohibition Band are a sassy jazz/swing band, fronted by two vocalists and backed by saxophone, double bass, guitar and drums. They play jazzy songs from the 20s to the present day. You can expect a smattering of jazz standards, a few jazzed up pop tunes and a mix of fun filled up-beat floor-fillers.

Door Policy
Last entry with a ticket at 11:00pm, but all tickets holders are welcome to stay for the after show DJ until close. If you are planning to arrive later for the DJs, then payment will be taken on the door.

We reserve the right to turn away large groups, in particular Stag Parties, Sports Socials or Pub Golf. We want everyone who comes to Mr Wolfs to feel safe and comfortable. If this happens and you have purchased tickets, a full refund will be processed within 7 working days.
