Trip the Switch + Paper Crowns at Mr Wolfs

A gig held at Mr Wolfs on Saturday 10th June. The event starts at 21:00.

TRIP THE SWITCH
Trip the Switch personifies the funk-pop-rock genre with their unique blend of upbeat music, catchy lyrics and fusion overtones. Though they’ve drawn comparisons to artists from Maroon 5 and John Mayer through to funk greats like Lettuce, it’s obvious that Trip the Switch has their own flare that easily draws a crowd in and keeps them on their feet dancing all night.

Expect instrumental fireworks, soulful harmonies and solid grooves aplenty from this tightknit Bristol outfit.

PAPER CROWNS
Paper Crowns are a 6 piece jazz-infused rock band formed at Bath Spa University and are based in Bath and Bristol. They are heavily influenced by jazz as a whole from jazz greats such as Buddy Rich, Miles Davis, and Nina Simone, to new age jazz rock like Black Midi, Ezra Collective, and Sons of Kemet. They have done multiple gigs at venues such as Moles, Mr. Wolfs, The Thunderbolt, The Canteen, The McMillan Theatre, Cobblestones, and St. James Wine Vaults.

Mr Wolfs is an 18+ venue, please bring ID.
