Kirris Riviere & The Delta du Bruit
Hailing from Bristol, this talented band has quickly gained recognition for their soulful sound and electrifying performances, and an acclaimed debut album released last November.
Kirris Riviere is joined by musical director Evan Newman on keys; Bryan Jones brings a deep and groovy foundation on bass, while Alastair Toms adds fiery and expressive guitar to the mix. On drums is Pete Warner who brings a creative and exciting take on the variety of rhythms in the set.
LORENZO SANCHEZ
His Andalusian origins, his artistic encounters and the strong musical influences of the great blues masters, from J Hendrix to Ry Cooder to Derek Trucks, have all shaped his original Afro-American musical style. He has also worked extensively as a guitarist with Fred Chapellier (Dutronc, Vieilles Canailles...) for 5 years, and for over 5 years with Mike Greene.
He combines sensitive, inventive and powerful guitar playing with singing in Spanish or English,
Lorenzo has a particular affinity for slide guitar, making him one of France's leading specialists.
