BADLANDS
BADLANDS Is a 6- Piece Funk/RnB Band based in and around Bath & Bristol, U.K. They come together to craft a unique, yet reminiscent sound by drawing elements from various musical genres, both old & new. The project sets out from the get-go to fuse the vibrant power of classic Motown with the assertive grit & rhythmic flow of 90’s Hip/Hop - whilst still drawing lyrical influence from Rappers of the modern era. Lead by Frontman & Singer/songwriter Jake Gooding - the combination of his catchy, heartfelt lyrics alongside the band’s explosive chemistry & raw musical ability make for an immersive experience. Their content is based upon the trappings, misconceptions, and dual-perspective narratives of modern-day dating.
ROSS HARDING
Ross Harding is a blues- and rock-inspired singer-songwriter from Johannesburg, South Africa, now based in the United Kingdom.
A versatile performer with a powerful voice and masterful guitar skills, Ross blends the raw emotion of blues with the grit of rock and grunge. His artistry channels the spirit of classic legends while carving out a modern, unmistakably original sound.
Described as having “a remarkable dark and moving depth… an experience that starts with his cracked, soulful and incredibly emotive voice which has a surprising turn of range to it,” Ross has earned international recognition through features in Blues Rock Review, Kerrang! Magazine, and many more.
He has performed at major festivals in both South Africa and the UK—including the Great British Rhythm & Blues Festival—and collaborated with global brands such as Coca-Cola and the Reach For A Dream Foundation. From prestigious hotels to gritty clubs and packed festival stages, Ross adapts his music to every setting: a fiery rock frontman one night, a soulful bluesman the next.
This adaptability, paired with his commanding presence and rich catalogue of original music and reimagined classics, makes Ross Harding a truly compelling artist on today’s international blues and rock stage.
