The Bristol Hornstars & Bristol University Jazz Orchestra!! Hornstars are the fully-auditioned big band of the University of Bristol and have been entertaining crowds of students and locals alike since 2007. A regular billing at weddings, balls, parties and student events, the band never fail to get audiences up and dancing with their energetic and varied performances. Around Bristol, the Hornstars have played at Motion, the O2 Academy, Ashton Court, SWX, The Bristol Marriott Royal, The Mud Dock and many more. As well as performing throughout Bristol and the South West, the band has in recent years toured with BUJO to La Rochelle, Barcelona, Geneva, Venice and Amsterdam.
