Sea Shanties Sing-along & Harbourside Hootenanny at No.1 Harbourside
See event details

A gig held at No.1 Harbourside on Thursday 2nd April. The event starts at 18:00.

Start your Easter weekend with our Harbourside Hootenanny - a live, raucous sing-along performance of sea shanties. With songs of the sea, big roars and a lot of harbourside spirit.

From 5pm onwards, we're giving away a free pint + tasters for the first 100 people who walk through the door. To celebrate our new seafood and small plates menu, with fresh pours supplied by our friends at Wiper & True. So come down early or straight from work!

We have two raucous sea shanty bands lined up:

6–7pm The Towpath Singers - The infamous all-singing, 15-piece group who will get you roaring along

7–8pm Swingletree - Jassy and Ted's wondrous folky duo of songs of the sea, lost loves, the ol' canal, heart-warming harmonies

Absolutely no experience required, it's a night for everyone! We'll provide sing-along sheets for those who want to get stuck in — join in with the chorus, or simply sit back and enjoy the fun with a pint!

Shambala crew, this one's for you! You may remember these guys from the festival, come sing along with Swingletree and the Towpath Singers ❤

All aboard, see you there for a hootenanny!
