Spring is the perfect time to renew your mind, body and spirit, bringing your health more into focus. Come and learn something new, get inspired to make a change or maybe just find some peace and relaxation in this chaotic world.

Resbite Cafe will be hosting it's annual holistic health and well-being day Saturday 18th May, bringing you a wide range of alternative therapies and health information from an excellent array of experienced practitioners.

The line up for the day:
Upstairs
11am - Writing therapy workshop with Tasleem
12pm - Kundalini Yoga workshop with Helen Dean
1pm - Brain Health talk with Emma Dawson
2pm- Kids Biodanza with Paola (children 4+ and parents)
3pm- Yoga & Chanting Workshop with Arianna Palin
4pm - Relaxation with Hypnotherapy with Philip Purser
5pm - Biodanza for Whole Health Workshop (not suitable for children)

Downstairs
11am - Talk about homeopathy with Megan
12pm - Essential Oils Natural Solutions class with Gill Baker
1pm - Traditional Healing with Tony and Lorraine TBC
2pm - Relaxing Cosmetic Face Massage with Aris
3pm - Dynamic Tone: Discover what your voice reveals about your body and your mind with Jackie Cannon
4pm - Hang Drums and Tibetan Singing Bowls with Simona
5pm - How to make lip and various balms with Bob

Suggested donation for each workshop: £3/£5/£8
Resbite will be serving wholesome plant-based lunches, based on naturopathic principles.
Homemade kombucha, healthy desserts, coffee and teas are also available.
