“Contact Improvisation & Improvisation workshop 10.30-18.00 A day of playful research and exploration focused on movement and touch. We will explore some core principles that help to find freedom and availability in the body. Building up a functional understanding of the underlying principles and structures of contact improvisation, as well as widening the trust to our instincts, impulses and intuition. Exercises will alternate between contact and solo work to connect to our own body as well as to the group as a whole. Together we create an open, safe space to feel free to enter different ways of moving and being.”

“We're hosting a regular Open Collab night right here! It's going to be an immersive evening of improvised music set to spoken word. The night will be totally spontaneous and totally magic. We listen to your poems to get a flavour of what to expect, and leave the creation of the sonic world to be improvised on the spot with any instruments we feel like picking up!”

“There'll be sketches, songs and general silliness - and all of it based around audience suggestions. And if you're too shy to shout anything out? Well don't worry, you'll have the chance to write things down in the interval. We're the ones who'll look daft, not you!”
