“‘Aerial Hoop Spin and Flow’ is a 2 hour workshop where we will focus on unleashing creativity and flow in the air. We will explore different spinning pathways and work on how to centre your tornado whilst bringing out your own unique style. The workshop will also cover techniques to break out of choreography habits or creativity ruts.”
