Including woodland, scree slopes and slabs.

Distance 2.5 km; Ascent 300m; Descent 300m.

Wear long trousers/ sleeves clothing.

Good fitness essential.

Meet: Sea Walls View Point bike racks (near ice cream van), Circular Road, Bristol, City of Bristol, BS9 1PG

Finishing at: The Lookout Lectern, opposite number 2 Sion Hill, Clifton, Bristol BS8 4BA

The walk will take us from the Sea Walls View Point down into Goat Gulley, then up and along the wooded Fairyland escarpment.

From here we descend into The Great Quarry and exit back up via Fossil Combe to cross The New Zig Zag and Bridge Valley Road over to The Sandstone Altar.

We then traverse thorugh Undiscovered Woods past the sandstone outcrop and down The Ridgeway Weir Path to The Portway.

Here we approach The Ampitheatre and pass over the A4 Tunnel Platform to climb The Zig-Zag to finish at The Lookout Lecturn.
