Bristol Union School is a grassroots project to share the skills you need to build your trade union - whatever your industry or job.

This is a two-hour session - in the first half we'll talk through why we need to have structured and planned conversations with colleagues about taking action. The second half will show you *how* to hold a persuasive conversation with your colleagues to encourage them to step up, and give you chance to get some practice in a friendly environment.
