Strange Brew presents
K.O.G.
w/ live 6-piece band
+ GAROËSS (DJ)

Friday 18th April | 19:00 - 22:00

It's guaranteed good-feel vibes for April bank holiday weekend at the Brew, as we welcome the multi-talented, Ghana-born / UK-based K.O.G off the back of the release of his third album, Don't Take My Soul. He brings with him his 6-piece high-energy outfit, fusing traditional Ghanaian folk rhythms and global electronic influences.

Opening up the evening with selections of pure funk and rhythm is GAROËSS, a Bristol-based DJ, influenced by the growing landscape of global percussive sounds and known for sets infused with a dynamic array of Afro-diasporic beats.

Do be warned, when K.O.G. last played in Bristol, he sold out the Beacon and we expect no less from this bank holiday extravaganza where he will showcase his shamanistic live performance, fierce raps, perfectly on-pitch singing and some absolutely wicked dance moves.

Entry requirements: 14+, any under 18s accompanied by 21+ adult 1:1 ratio
