Well most years we say its the final year of doing what we do but alas 10 yrs later and we are still feeling inspired by the incredibly talented artists that come to perform for us and still very much enjoying our PLU community and all your love.
If you have ever experienced a PLU event before and even if you haven't (we love some PLU virgins :) ) come join us to celebrate 10 yrs and maybe 10 yrs more, in the best style possible.
We are planning a whole day and night of celebrations and musical treats for you. We will be splitting tickets into 2. A ticket for this daytime (3-10pm) & a nighttime ticket for our dance party, which can be found here: https://hdfst.uk/secret/5rdq2bcd9j
The daytime will be full of Live Music, panel discussions, canteen by Two Trees (same lovely folk that were at Camp) art gallery exhibition and a none-alcoholic first 3hrs with Strange Brew treating you to a specially created PLU Mocktail.

Toya Delazy...
We are beyond excited to announce we have the might Toya Delazy. If you know you know and if you don't know you'll never forget after the 18th February. Mother of Afrorave, Princess of the Zulu nation and CEO of my own galaxy, Toya always bring it and on this occasion will be joined by her band 3PAX!! Trust us when we say Toya will have you and Strange Brew shaking and dancing to your core.
RENU...
RENU (Renu Hossain) is a queer, London born, Bengali heritage, Berlin and London based interdisciplinary artist. She is a composer, producer, tabla-player, percussionist and curator.

Isa Gordon
Isa Gordon is a singer and producer from Ayrshire, Scotland now based in Glasgow. Her debut album ‘For You Only’ (Optimo Music), released last summer on Optimo music, is a collection of instrumentals that are as suited to home listening as they are to the dance floor. Her live sets incorporates beat heavy production weaved together with vocals and live instruments. "For You Only" featured in our top 10 records of 2022 so we are super hyped to have Isa come perform live for PLU.
t l k ...
Tara Lily Klein aka t l k, stretches the thin fabric of selfhood, residing between the ethereal and the mundane. Fluid in genre and form, the t l k sound is permeating the Bristol scene, with debut EP 'Strength In Tenderness' solidifying them as 'one of the city's most exciting experimental artists' (BBC Introducing). For PLU 10yrs, t l k explores junctures between found sound, analogue synthesis and the intricacies of the human voice.
Your Hosts for the day...
We are super honoured to have 2 of Bristol's drag royalty join us to host and look after you for the day. Head Queen of the House of Savalon, AstraZenica and Oliver Assets, Co-producer of the South West's premier drag king cabaret night Brizzle Boyz and local community cabaret night SCRiTCH Cabaret.
Oliver Assets is a non-binary Bristol based drag king. Described as "the master of a million miserable faces", Oliver's performance style is deadpan and theatrical with a sprinkle of satirical politics thrown in for good measure.
We are super excited and intrigued to see what this unlikely pair will implicate you all in on the day. Who knows what will happen?! :)
Finally, a reminder that we see ourselves as a queer party – what does this mean tonight?
This event is largely a LGBTQ+ party but is open to everybody who wishes to rise above the restrictions and limitations placed on our body and souls. We assume that all who attend are properly informed on LGBTQ+ communities and are always respectful. Recognise your privilege please. We aim to be a safe space free of constraints of sexuality and gender.
This is more for PLU first timers but to reiterate…
Please remember: WE EMBRACE AND CELEBRATE people of all genders, races, abilities, and sexuality at our events. We do not tolerate any form of discrimination - if you find yourself harassed or uncomfortable in anyway, speak to security or one of our well being guardians who are always at hand to help.
***MOST OF ALL, WE WANT YOU ALL TO HAVE FUN, BE PATIENT & BE NICE & LOOK OUT FOR ONE ANOTHER***
