Kinkajous at The Canteen

A gig held at The Canteen on Thursday 30th August. The event starts at 21:30.

Well it’s contemporary jazz, natch, but you need to think spacious electronica, too, with an atmospheric and ambient flow, like maybe Flying Lotus in a smooth mood, Hidden Orchestra laying back or Bonobo cutting loose with a bass clarinet. Since moving to London this French band have quickly settled into the nu-jazz scene there and it’s time the rest of the country got to see them.
