Yes yes! MASSIVE THANKS to all of you who committed and came to our first event!

Safe to say that was the kind of vibes we had hoped for with dancers going for it right through until 4am, and big sets from Zero T, Nu:Tone, Hugo Harvey and Nathan Worm.

So SLIPPIN’ is back already for our second ever event, and this time we’re gonna bring those diverse feel-good Drum & Bass flavours to the legendary Crofters Rights back room!

For this session, alongside Slippin’ founder and DJ Nathan Worm, we are keeping it local but also high quality, introducing two local DJs to the fray for a night of no-frills DnB goodness and dancing. Expect sounds from across the spectrum that have that funk, soul, rolling drums, real vibes maybe a little jungle and sounds that take you deeper!

ALIZA:

Meet Aliza - Originally from Cambridge she moved to Bristol in 2018 to fulfil her creative passions. A rising DJ in the Bristol DnB scene where she has played at some of Bristols most iconic clubs such as Lakota, Thekla, Clock Factory and the famous St.Pauls Carnival. Her sets range from the soulful side of melodic Drum & Bass through to the darker techy side of the spectrum also with a huge love for playing Jungle music. Aliza has supported some incredible artists such as; The Sauce, Monrroe, Kitten Club, Collette Warren, LSB, DRS, Aries and Harriet Jaxxon with securing sets at Rumble In The Jungle & Intrigue with her first festival booking just been confirmed for the summer.

SECON.NATURE:

Secon. Nature Is a Bristol native, who's had his ear to the ground for many years , quietly honing his production and DJ skill , he performs an eclectic mix of UK Bass music predominantly Jungle and Drums and Bass. His selection has taken him to as Shambala Uk and Glastonbury festivals and he has been in and around the Bristol club circuit for the past decade. With releases on Defused Mood ,Wharf recordings and and upcoming release on Unorganised Ostrich, he has a wide selection for what ever the weather.
