A gig held at The Croft on Saturday 30th May. The event starts at 16:00.

Extra Terrestrial Promotions & Velvet Echoes are proud to present Brain Fog - a psych all dayer celebrating the best in grassroots acts, both locally and nationally. Expect an array of sounds from Wax Head's chaotic, hardcore and prog infused rippers to Hutch's dreamy, luscious and mellow soundscapes. Also on the bill are the weird and wacky Spin Class, Experimental psychonauts Trans-Siberian Express, and Limited Ltd who's DIY ethos represents everything this event stands for. Our mission with Brain Fog is simple: Representation, Community & Opportunity (through the kaleidoscopic lens of psych!) See you at The Croft! Wax Head South-west born and Manchester-based, Wax Head are a four-piece careening through a world of garage rock squall, psych swirl, and sweat-slicked live shows. With drummer-vocalist Lewis Fletcher at the front and chaos at their heels, the band made up of Harry Bunker (guitar), Archie Jones (synth/keys), and Evan Chase (bass), channel noise, noise, and more noise into tightly wound songs that hit like a boot to the chest. Their latest single Terminal Sinker is a blistering mission statement: fast, loud, and deeply fed up. Hutch The colourful, kaleidoscopic sounds of Brighton jangle-psych band Hutch are suffused with whimsy and a desire to break free from the mundane. Setting their stall on celebrating the wonders of the natural world and their own giddying adventures within it, snails, rainbows, wintry lakes and radiator shops rank high among the band's subject matters of choice. Formed by Jack Pritchard, Dan Shepherd, Charlie Bogg, Owen Bullock - with Eva Lunny guesting on Harp and Synth for studio recordings - Hutch have been gigging prodigiously since their live debut in 2021, regularly selling out venues in their native Brighton. Currently in the midst of a 13 date EU/UK tour with Gitkin, the band have recently earned support slots with legendary psych bands Love and Os Mutantes, in addition to shows with Yín Yín, Do Nothing, Oracle Sisters, Trudy and the Romance, Surprise Chef and Personal Trainer. Trans-Siberian Express Pioneers of Shwank and Splurge-pop, Trans-Siberian Express are an unmissable live act who's performances are dominated by driving guitars, scintillating synths, harmonica riffage and everything in between. Expect the unexpected, and still to be surprised... Spin Class Spin Class blend proggy riffs with hook-laden melodies, baked into a grunge-dusted, desert-rock confection — despite hailing from one of the wettest countries Limited Ltd ‘Limited Ltd are a DIY femme-led punk outfit hailing from Bristol. Creating passionate, political music about experiences of isolation, discrimination and disadvantage. Inspired by bands like Wire and the Raincoats, Limited Ltd embrace punk vocals with DIY Instrumentals whilst integrating influences from bands like Electrelane.’
