All Light, Everywhere is a propulsive, kaleidoscopic essay film from director Theo Anthony (Rat Film) exploring the shared histories of cameras, weapons, policing and justice. As surveillance technologies become a fixture in everyday life, the film interrogates the complexity of an objective point of view, probing the biases inherent in both human perception and the lens.
"Heady and densely packed with fascinating particulars, All Light, Everywhere [...] is a gripping, mind-expanding wake-up call." The Hollywood Reporter
"Theo Anthony has proven himself a master of the cine-essay." The Guardian
