Opa Rosa + Fritillaries | Bristol Folk Festival at Bristol Folk House

A gig held at Bristol Folk House on Friday 28th April. The event starts at 19:30.

Opa Rosa are one of Bristol’s most energetic, virtuosic bands. Steeped in the Klezmer, Balkan, Greek & Roma traditions their infectious grooves are rapidly gaining a huge following in the city.

Opa Rosa know how to start a party, adding their pulsing contemporary twist to create grooving rhythms, soaring melodies & rich harmonic structures.

Following the release of debut album ‘A Feast from the East’ Opa Rosa have toured internationally, captivating audiences with their high-energy performances. Recent gigs include sold-out shows in Bristol, London & Cornwall, & festivals, including Secret Garden Party.

Let Opa Rosa lead you on a fiery foot-stomping journey through the Balkans and beyond!
