A sumptuous evening of a cappella harmony at The Bristol Folk House to mark the trio’s ten year anniversary. Three Rivers formed in 2016 and since then have captivated audiences with their perfectly blended three part vocal arrangements that span jazz, soul and folk. Singing a selection of songs both old and new, the evening is set to be a truly special celebration not to be missed. With support by acclaimed a cappella duo Ben & Dom who will also join the trio for a set of special collaboration numbers. ABOUT THREE RIVERS: Three Rivers is a South West–based close-harmony a cappella trio whose unique and elegant vocal style continues to captivate audiences. Formed in 2016, members Lauren Holloway, Emily Willmott and Lucy Gilbert, bring warmth, emotion and perfectly blended three-part harmonies to every performance. Inspired by artists such as Karine Polwart, Sam Cooke, The Wailin’ Jennys, Etta James and The Roches, Three Rivers perform beautifully crafted cover versions that span jazz, soul and folk. Their refined arrangements and rich vocal blend infuse each song with a fresh, distinctive character, creating performances that uplift, move and enchant listeners. ABOUT BEN & DOM: Ben & Dom are a singing duo from south London. The intricate blend of their harmonies comes from a close friendship and shared love of singing together. They weave their voices around songs old and new, performing original material alongside new interpretations of folk songs. Their lyrics touch on friendship, nature and what it means for two men to sing together in this modern day.
