Why we're Fundraising

The Birch Collective runs free, weekly nature-based groups for young people and adults experiencing mental health challenges, isolation and barriers to accessing the outdoors.

Through community gardening, woodland conservation, practical green skills and time spent together outside, our programmes help people build confidence, find community and care for Bristol’s green spaces.

This summer, we’re raising £40,000, with eligible donations matched through the Aviva Communities Fund.

Every donation helps fund the practical things that make this work possible: skilled facilitators, tools, food, travel support and welcoming outdoor spaces where people can come as they are.

Can't join but want to support? any spare cash is welcome here: https://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/p/grow-people-places-nature
