A jam session celebrating acoustic pre-swing era jazz and ragtime.

Bring your instruments/ears to the Golden Lion and play/listen to the music of the start of the 20th century.

There is a house quartet featuring some of Bristol's favourites of the New Orleans jazz scene with guests more than welcome!

If you like to play early jazz and ragtime, bring your horn/banjo/fiddle/washboard/whatever else you play (there is a piano already there)

PS. The jam is acoustic as this music is supposed to be (except vocals) So don't bring anything you need to plug in.
