A gig on Thursday 25th April. The event starts at 20:30.

Three of Bristol's top musicians come together for a night of grooves, tunes, and improvisations in their second gig as a trio. This gig presents a host of new music for the first time, and precedes their debut recording at Canyon Studios a few days later

Alex Veitch - keyboards // Harry Stoneham - bass // James Vine - drums

Alex moved to Bristol from London around a year ago; he studied at the Guildhall School and has since secured residencies at Ronnie Scott’s and played at other venues including The Vortex, Cafe Oto, and Pizza Express Soho.

With Route2Roots, Harry has supported the likes of Akala, Wu Tang and Talib Kweli. In Bristol, he plays with James in Waldo's Gift and is busy around town with events including new jam night 'Bounce' and the Bristol Sessions.

James won the Love Supreme Jazz Festival Discovery Competition in 2016 with his soul-hop outfit Feelgood Experiment while Cousin Kula have recently been tipped by NME, BBC6Music and Line of Best Fit. James has a weekly residency in Bristol with Waldo’s Gift and runs experimental jazz label 'Astral Tusk'.
