After two funktastic shows with James Morton's Groove Den, Friendly Records, Wasabi and John Stapleton, we're back with Round 3 of Late Night Funk Club!!

Duck and cover as we go all Spaghetti Western for this one and enlist guns for hire - The Good, The Bad & The Funk - for a funky shoot out like no other! This infamous five man-bandit-crew comprise of the toughest, ugliest but, most importantly, funkiest musicians Bristol has to offer:

Leader/Guitar/Vocals - Guy Calhoun (Dub From Atlantis)
Sax/Flute - Craig Crofton (Crazy P/Pee Wee Ellis/Haggis Horns)
Keys - Dan Moore (Modulus III)
Drums - Ian Matthews (Kasabian)
Bass - Marcel Osbourne (The LBJBs)

Soundtracking this desert landscape are mother-daughter DJ duo, Streets of Soul.

Daughter Lev is none other than Northern Soul Girl Levanna!
When she's not clocking millions of youtube plays for her incredible northern soul style dances, being a model, VO artist, album compiler and radio presenter, she also finds the time to DJ at our little funk event! We're so happy to have bagged such an important figure for our third event.
DJ Jackie Brown (mum) is an incredible selector of funk, soul, latin, cumbia and northern soul. She has a deep record collection and knows how to work a crowd into a frenzy!
