A
gig
on Friday 5th December. The event starts at 13:15.
After the success of their Summer lunchtime gig at the Cathedral's Chapterhouse, JOW return to sonically explore the next obvious Park Street space - The Lord Mayor's Chapel. This "truly remarkable medieval chapel has for hundreds of years been a place of sanctuary in the heart of Bristol. Once the chapel for a hospital and more recently a place where those who governed the city gathered to worship, The Lord Mayor’s Chapel is now in the care of Bristol Cathedral. It remains a place to find peace in a busy city." We hope you will join us for a music led moment of respite in the safe hands of cellist James Gow and trumpeter Pete Judge.
There will be brand new tunes and some old ones too AND if that wasn't enough there will also be a chance to get your hands on a bag of their exclusive 2026 seasonal music-infused coffee collaboration, just in time for Christmas - 200g bags of perfectly roasted coffee courtesy of the master roasters at Fire and Flow in Bagendon, featuring the beautiful artwork of long time JOW art collaborator Charlie West.
