The Temple Keys + Lensmen + Falling Fish +Hamartia at The Louisiana
Venue website for tickets £5 plus booking fee, £6 otd

A gig held at The Louisiana on Sunday 7th April. The event starts at 19:30.

Lensmen quartet are dark and atmospheric.

Formed in 2016: their explorations of the passions draw influences from post punk, new wave, art rock and psychedelia

They have been likened to luminaries such as Magazine, Captain Beefhart, Bauhaus, Joy Division, Nick Cave with momentary lapses into Richard Hawley, Tindersticks and Radio/Motor/Portis-head.

Drawing on themes of death, dying and property speculation Lensmen provide the soundtrack to our lives and its passing.
Their songs are like “matches struck inside the abyss that briefly reveal the full horror but provide a comfort in the knowing” J.W

Alternating between hard and soft, quiet and loud, Lensmen tell the stories that bind us all together.
