See event details

A gig held at The Trinity Centre on Sunday 30th April. The event starts at 13:30.

Yorkshire born & bred, Fay Hield interprets English song with spine-tingling clarity. Her 2020 album Wrackline reached number 6 in the Folk charts & received widespread critical acclaim.

Open & honest storytelling, her voice is melodic & mesmerising. With a band featuring Sam Sweeney & Rob Harbron, expect an afternoon of stunning musicianship & exquisite vocals.

“Fay Hield is one of folk music’s most pre-eminent modern voices… her gift for unearthing colourful material and then delivering it with both swagger and soul is compelling.” Mojo

Fay is performing in an afternoon concert for Bristol Folk Festival, alongside Angeline Morrison, & Janice Burns & Jon Doran.

Your ticket gives you access to the full afternoon of music.
