MORE:

During the weekend we'll explore our own femininity, storytelling from the womb and authentic movement of our feminine form. Discovering how Moving from the WOMB can connect us to OUR POWER and the Universal Archetype of The WILD WOMAN.

We'll connect to our physical impulses as creative performers drawing on the improvised elements of the art of storytelling. There'll be a strong focus on creating ritual spaces using sound, objects and movement to support each woman's storytelling.

Each woman's story will create an active and interactive ritual with her audience. She will choose the tools shared in the workshop which work for her and make them her own.

BRING:

A story that touches you and calls the Wild Woman archetype within you.

A yoga mat for the warm up - or let me know if you don't have one.
