Drawing From Nature: Easter Monday Open Session / Make Wild at UNIT8 Studios
See event details

A event held at UNIT8 Studios on Monday 6th April. The event starts at 11:00.

Breathe.
Observe.
Create.

Join us for a relaxed, nature-led open art session where play, observation, and curiosity lead the way. A prompt board will offer ideas if you want them, but this is your own time to use our studio space and garden at your pace.

No pressure, just a welcoming “third space” to make, chill-out, and softly build community together. Tea & tunes included. Phones on airplane mode.

Facilitators from UNIT8 Studios & 3RD Space Creative CIC will be on hand to support the space, but this session is self-led, giving you freedom to follow your curiosity.

All materials are provided, or bring your own if you prefer.

We have an AM session & a PM session - you are welcome to book onto both.

Location: UNIT8 Studios, Parkway Trading Estate, St Werburghs, Bristol, BS2 9PG

- Bike storage available
- Free parking on-site and nearby streets

About the programme:

This workshop is part of Make:Wild, a 6-month creative programme developed by 3RD Space Creative CIC, exploring nature, making, and collective practice, made possible with support from the National Lottery Community Fund.

Each workshop stands alone, but together they form a wider journey. We encourage repeat participation as we build a growing creative community.

Participants will be invited to contribute work towards a cumulative exhibition and zine, planned for Summer 2026.

Entry requirements: 18+
