January seemed like it went on forever but we are back for our monthly residency at Cosies with another fantastic line up.

We bring together another unique but heavily experienced line up with London based Hughesee headlining this event alongside some of Bristol's best selectors.

As always the night will be strictly vinyl and will be £5.00 cash or card on the door with the event starting at 22:00.

HUGHESEE - DISTANT PLANET

We rarely come across a party or promotion that captures the same type of authenticity that Distant Planet does with their events.

Many consider Hughesee and partner Louise Plus One to be 'Hardcore Royalty' but are known for their extensive knowledge of anything involved with rave music and execute the perfect set every single time.

We have asked Hughesee to come and deliver a masterclass in Drum & Bass this time and look forward to tales of the unexpected.

JOSIMAR - WESTERN LORE

When we hosted our first ever event at Cosies in February 2023 we had Josimar headline the event and it made sense to bring him back to Cosies intimate setting one year later.

Expect some rarities and a selection truly for the heads that know.

'Jossy has all the tunes' - Artificial Red.

Every track that this seasoned DJ will place on the slip mat will prick up your ears, put your gunfingers in the air.. and fist bump the DJ obviously when he is not in the mix..

OPTIMYSTIC - REINFORCED

Local legend Optimystic brings unrivalled energy to every set.. as we witnessed at an earlier date at To The Moon with No Nation & Boca.

This established DJ knows how to drop a track and carries accolades such as having a release entitled 'Helper' out on the legendary Reinforced Records.

We pair him up with his long term friend 'Buzzby' who will both battle it out to see who brings the most energy to the dancefloor.

BUZZBY - VIBES

Buzzby is no stranger to the nightlife of Bristol and will be bringing a different type of racket to Cosies... one that involves amens.

This individual carries a level of professionalism with his DJ abilty and we know that this two hour back to back with Optimystic will be the perfect way to send those in attendance home.

Its been almost a year since he tamed The Golden Lion with Lubi J and its about time we had him back.

FLOWMONT - EDUCATION SESSIONS

This heavily experienced DJ has been mixing for around 30 years.

His knowledge and expertise and often had people refer to him as 'The Guy in The Cap' as he is one of those DJ's that truly stands out.

Flowmont has an extremely bright future with Education Sessions and hopefully we can retain his services as his journey into DJ'ing takes off once again after a long lay off from playing in and around Oxford.
