At long last it is time to herald their return, armed with a forthcoming album on Lunaria records, Pronghorn are going to whip up some Psycho Celidh madness at the Jam Jar this September.
The Undisputed Kings of Cowpunk and purveyors of the hardest and finest banjo/fiddle action you'll ever come across. A more motley collection of bad shirts, mullets, prison tattoos, broken teeth and greasy comb-overs you'd be hard pushed to find outside of a Dale Winton garden party.
Pronghorn have been kicking around since 1992, and this summer the band celebrates 30 years of playing home-grown cowpunk, drinking warm cans of Stella, late night garage food and meeting a whole host of nutters, and ne’er-do-wells along the way.
Lunaria Records is pleased to announce that we will be releasing the band’s latest album, ‘Welcome to Pronghorn County’. Available on CD and limited edition vinyl, you can now pre-order your copy!
Supporting the kings we have FFTP, foot stomping Folk from Bristol's Chezney Newman and Maxine Venton. Watch out, it's Chez's birthday week, so no doubt he'll be causing some trouble!

DJ Dred Dibnah - Former Mandolin wizard at Poor Old Dogs, named in honour of the Hendrix of British Steeplejacking(?). Dred will be busing out allsorts from Dub to Punk, Ska to Psychobilly, Dibnahs heat will demolish your chimney!
DJ Beau Selecta - Regular Jam Jarian, Beau is known for his collection of contempoary dance music from the global underground. Think Esoteric, beat-driven world-wide party tunes.
