FUNK AND DISORDERLY
A rising star in the Bristol scene, Funk & Disorderly channels the city’s contemporary jazz sounds into a unique sound world. His music effortlessly blends the warmth of golden age hip-hop, afrobeat and 60s Blue Note with sprawling downtempo rhythms and hard-hitting beats. His debut release 'FNK' features some of Bristol's finest up-and-coming musicians including Lyrebird, and Tiny Chapter of Waldo's Gift.
His live show, devised in collaboration with Snazzback wizard Chris Langton, treads an exiting line between sample-based music and live improvisation.
