LUNA LAKE
Luna Lake are a four-piece formed in Bath, England 2018 brought together by their love of true song writing, self-production & all the sounds that create wonder. Gaining particular influences from artists such as Yellow Days, Whitney & Tame Impala they provide a cosy & unique blend of both sensitively souly song writing, deep grooves & a whirlwind of effects & textures that transcend your usual expectation of a young band; shooting you off on the Luna express to the moon. Gaining momentum in 2019 after the release of their debut self-titled, self-produced & self-released album, Luna played consistent shows around the UK including Glastonbury Festival & have acquired a loyal fanbase now closing in on 700,000 streams on the 1st record alone. The band now look to the future ahead preparing to showcase their new material along with a new record this year, a development which has been much anticipated since 2019.

BLUE VIOLET
In November 2019 Anglo-Scottish duo Blue Violet spent a month at Middle Farm Studios in Devon recording their debut album with producer Rob Ellis (Anna Calvi, Marianne Faithful, PJ Harvey). Sarah, a Scot with Parisian roots, teamed up with Sam a few years ago and between then and now the duo have lived between London and Sarah’s childhood home in Argyll.

This year has seen them begin to release songs from the forthcoming album, with first single ‘Undercover’ earning them track of the week on BBC Scotland’s Afternoon Show and praise from BBC Introducing, describing them as ‘Civil Wars meets the Black Keys’. This summer’s release ‘White Beaches’ has thus far picked up spins from Radio X and Steve Lamaq at BBC 6, as well as providing the groundwork for ocean conservation collaborations, the bands intentions with the song being to open up a dialogue on how to navigate the climate crisis.

Prior to Blue Violet Sam & Sarah Gotley performed as Broken Bones Matilda, with noteworthy performances at Glastonbury, Belladrum, Pub in the Park, Carfest and Wilderness festivals to name a few. With a diverse array of lyrical themes on their debut, expect intricately crafted, genre crossing song writing, delivered with a raw, beautifully anguished husk.
