James Morton Groove Den
Morton is one of the most exciting saxophone players of his generation. He has been touring internationally for the past 15 years and 2021 sees James launching his new hard hitting creation “Groove Den”. This project features new material drawing on James’ influences from jazz, hip-hop, soul and funk with grooving beats and lyrical melodies at the heart of the sound hence the name “Groove Den”.
Rouhangeze is a contemporary multi genre singer-songwriter, composer born and bred on the beautiful, all intoxicating island of Mauritius; her velvet vocal tones echo the emotion and beauty of her homeland. Her voice is compelling with an ease, soul and versatility. A smooth ascension of melody, technicality and heart…Her timing in delivery of phrases brings about such a resolute feeling of joy to the listener. Charged with a passionate heart, every nuance articulates a dynamic story, grabbing your attention in wanting to hear where she takes you next. This is a singer of depth encased with a velvet tone, sensuality and by far, uniquely different from the flock. She is a multi faceted artist, painter and holistic vocal therapist.

A member of the seminal Bristol Trip-hop group FRESH FOUR in 1989, burst onto the scene with Smith ‘n’ Mighty and were the first ever Trip-hop track to have major success with ‘Wishing on a Star’ reaching top of the UK charts .Mercury Prize winner in 1997 and MOBO prize winner alongside Roni Size’s group Reprazent . Suv has continued to carve his musical journey as a producer, singer song writer, DJ , and always with the intent to break new ground. SUV has never stopped releasing DnB on his own label Playside and is also currently releasing and linked to the brand new sound of Nattydub recordings ,Rampup and Wolf Clan records .
