A storming quartet led by young drum hero Rod Oughton along with a very fine team of UK and international talent. Joining Rod to play his compositions for this tour will be Deschanel Gordan on piano, Flo Moore on bass and special guest alto saxophonist Ben Van Gelder, who Rod will be bringing across from The Netherlands for this superb collaboration. Lots to be excited for here, infectiously groovy and melodic contemporary jazz, virtuous soloing and electric group interplay this won't be a gig to miss. Book early to avoid disappointment! There will also be a masterclass with Ben before the gig at 5-6pm, open to all instrumentalists, keep your eyes peeled for that.
