Bristol Women’s Voice and The Cube Cinema present a showcase of women filmmakers and creatives to celebrate International Women’s Day 2021
Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th March
Bristol Women’s Voice are excited to be working with The Cube Cinema to present a short film programme highlighting the work of local women film makers, directors and creatives and telling women’s stories as part of the online Bristol International Women’s Day events.
The programme will be shown on Saturday 13th March 1-2pm on Sunday 14th March 1-2pm which will be followed by a panel discussion with featured filmmakers about what it means to be a woman in the film industry.
Cressida Williams from The Cube says:
“I’m so excited to present this programme for International Women’s Day. We have endeavoured to put together an intersectional selection of work that represents women’s work and experience from a range of backgrounds. In recent years there has been a huge push for women to reclaim creative space and I hope that this programme inspires others to do the same.”
